My client is a multi-branched independent estate agent in the Belsize Park area who operate on high-levels of customer service and standards.

If you've got Sales Progression experience, whether that's as a Sales Progressor, or a Sales Negotiator who has done Sales Progression, this is what they're looking for.

Being a confident communicator and proactive sales progressor is what keeps chains in check.

The roleis Sales Progression with a twist as there are some operationally supporting duties.

Role details

  • Looking after the sales progression process and being the main point of contact for all parties
  • Deliver clear communication between all parties
  • Sending out sales memorandums and processing AML checks
  • Update the sales teams on a weekly basis
  • Ensure CRM is correctly update
  • Review suppliers and training for the team
  • Proactively pursue any outstanding problems with chains

Package

  • £35k - £40k
  • Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
  • 20 days + bank holidays
  • Closed over Christmas
