MPI requires a Temporary Sales Support Admin, for our client based in London


Rate:  £18 to 20 per hour

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Hybrid: 2-3 days in office.

Interview: TBC

 

Overview: 

We are looking for freelance support to assist with financial and deal administration across a range of digital revenue streams. This role will support both the Commercial and Finance teams in managing contracts, revenue reporting, and performance tracking for digital products, including FAST channels (EMEA), Pay-per-View (Germany & France), and the Amazon Player (Germany). The position reports directly to the Director of Digital and On-Demand, EMEA.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic role requiring someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves frequent collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new customer account requests in SAP
  • Create and manage deal opportunities using Salesforce (sales management software)
  • Track revenue reports and ensure timely delivery to the Finance team
  • Collaborate with Finance to allocate revenue at the title level
  • Resolve credit control queries to mitigate financial exposure
  • Manage rights expiries and content withdrawals in Rightsline (rights management software)
  • Work with the Data team to support onboarding of performance data and resolve ID mapping queries

Key Skills & Qualities:

  • Proactive, with the ability to work independently and show initiative, comfortable working in a matrix
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
  • Ability to cope well under pressure in a busy environment
  • Strong communication and people skills (internally and externally)
  • Good team player with experience handling complex administrative tasks
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Rightsline experience is a bonus, however training will be provided
  • German language skills are a plus
  • An interest in television content and the digital media landscape is desirable
