Job Description
Your team: The travel partnerships team is a motivated team of travel and adventure lovers. Working alongside the commercial travel sales team, the partnerships team is currently a team of seven, who work across Times Media and The Sun via both print and digital channels. The partnerships team oversee a portfolio of third party holiday companies and select specific travel products that they sell to News UK audiences on a direct to consumer marketing basis - generating a successful revenue stream via commissions and media packages.
Your role:This supporting role is integral to the Partnership team’s success, with responsibility for all the sales reporting, financial processing and analytical requirements.
Reporting to: Head of Partnerships, Travel
Day to day you will:

Manage aspects of financial reporting to the internal finance team (weekly and monthly)

Collate, process and analyse weekly third party sales reports

Manage month end reporting - revenue reporting, reconciliations and invoicing

Manage data uploads to Excel and other data CMS platforms

Manage KPI reporting documents - Excel or Gdocs

Manage weekly performance presentation - PP or Gdocs
-
Set up new suppliers in the system, coordinate credit checks and manage all reporting processes with third party suppliers

Performance analysis - create supplier reports for regular meetings and ad hoc analysis for the team, upon request

General Partnerships support, when required
