• Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday 

We are seeking a dedicated School Registrar to join an experienced team in the vibrant Dulwich area. This role is integral to the smooth running of our school, offering a competitive salary and a chance to be part of a supportive and professional environment.

• Manage student admissions processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new families.
• Maintain accurate student records and databases, adhering to data protection regulations.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative staff to ensure timely communication and information flow.
• Organise and oversee school examinations and assessments, including logistics and compliance with examination board requirements.
• Provide administrative support for school events, including occasional Saturdays and weekday evenings.
• Work collaboratively with the school community to uphold the school’s values and reputation.

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous work experience in a school setting is desirable.
