SEMH Teacher for PRU (unqualified)

I am recruiting on behalf of an excellent Pupil Referral Unit to recruit an exceptional SEMH Teacher. The school is a cohort of less than 50, are boys with EHCP plans & SEMH needs.

The school has a small car park but also easy to reach by public transport as a 2 minute walk from the nearest train station.

The role will be working as a generic SEMH Teacher to support the boys with their learning across multiple subjects & covering some curriculum aswell as some life skills. Whilst your role will be to teach the children & create a learning environment, there will also be behaviour management responsibilities as the children are vulnerable and can show signs of misbehaviour.

QTS is preferred, other teaching qualifications would be considered or a background in similar roles.

The role is going to be a full-time role starting in September 2024 with flexible payrates varied on your experience, qualifications and other factors.
