A Senior Apple Engineer with Jamf is needed to help shape a business's future and play a pivotal role in delivering macOS-focused IT.As a Senior Apple Engineer, you will lead Jamf solutions architecture, design and implement the Apple environment, and provide third-line escalation and support to the helpdesk team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the security, stability, and performance of IT while driving deployment automation and process improvement.This is the ideal role if you’re an Apple and Jamf expert who thrives on problem-solving, innovation, and creating technical solutions that make a real impact.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Jamf architecture, design, implementation, and training
  • Providing third line macOS and Jamf IT support
  • Maintaining the Apple environment through OS and software patching
  • Packaging software from simple to complex applications
  • Implementing security best practices across Apple devices
  • Documenting processes and projects for both technical and non-technical audiences
What you’ll need as a Senior Apple Engineer
  • Strong experience in Jamf Pro (Jamf 300 certification or higher preferred)
  • Expertise in macOS, iOS, and deployment automation
  • Knowledge of Apple Business Manager and security technologies like FileVault2
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-driven attitude
