Senior Baker
Are you an experienced and passionate Baker with a flair for high-volume production? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Baker to join a great team in a beautiful restaurant! You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Baker, leading the production of high-quality breads, and sweet baked goods for both retail and restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Baker:
- Lead the production of high-quality various types of breads, rolls, and sweet baked goods
- Ensure the perfect texture, flavor, and consistency in every batch
- Mix, weigh, shape, and bake dough from scratch, using top-tier kitchen equipment (including a wood-fired oven)
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to health & safety standards
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working efficiently with your team
What Were Looking For in the Senior Baker:
- Must be able to start shifts at 4am (with later shift options available as well)
- 2-3 years of experience in high-volume bread production
- Strong skills in mixing, shaping, and baking dough from scratch
- A positive, friendly attitude and ability to interact with customers
