Senior D365FO Support Consultant - Remote - £60k

Nigel Frank are working with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and digital transformation solutions.

Our client operates at the forefront of the industry, partnering with global organisations to deliver innovative D365FO solutions and exceptional service. Together, we are searching for a highly skilled Senior D365FO Support Consultant to join their flexible and growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced troubleshooting and resolution for D365FO modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, ensuring optimal system configuration and performance.
  • Manage escalated tickets and maintain SLA adherence.
  • Analyse current systems to identify opportunities for improvement and provide innovative solutions.
  • Document configurations, work-flows, and resolutions to support ongoing system enhancements.
  • Mentor junior consultants and deliver training to end-users to build in-house expertise.
  • Support ERP upgrade cycles and ensure smooth implementation of changes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with D365FO or AX2012, with expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, or Project Operations modules.
  • Strong technical knowledge of D365FO architecture, work-flows, and integration's.
  • Proven track record in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimisation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with knowledge sharing and mentoring.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
