Link3 Recruitment is looking for a Senior Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery located in the SE6 area in London on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative activities that promote early childhood development.
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe environment for all children.
  • Work in partnership with parents, carers, and colleagues to provide a supportive network.
  • Ensure all safeguarding and welfare requirements are met.

Essential Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent qualification) or higher.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • More than 2 years of experience working with children aged 0-5 in an early years setting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passionate about child development and learning.
