Duties:
- Lead the FF&E design process for luxury residential projects
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and FF&E schedules
- Utilize EstiMac / EstiPC software to manage FF&E specifications and procurement
- Source and select high-end furniture, finishes, fixtures, and equipment
- Collaborate with the interior design and architecture teams in London to ensure seamless project delivery
- Oversee the installation process with meticulous attention to detail
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Interior Design, or similar field
- Proficiency in EstiMac / EstiPC for managing FF&E specifications
- Background in leading FF&E design on luxury residential projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative approach with a keen eye for detail
- Great communication ability, both written and verbal
