Job Title: Head of FP&A (12Month Maternity Cover)

Location: London (Partially Remote, with occasional travel to Manchester)

Salary: £65,000 £75,000 per annum

Contract Type: 12Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

About the Company:

A leading real estate company based in London is seeking a Head of FP&A for a 12month maternity cover. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision making within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Role:

As the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and providing key insights to support business decisions. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll work closely with the senior management team to ensure financial goals are met and provide strategic input into long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the FP&A function, managing all aspects of financial planning and analysis.

Prepare and deliver high-quality reports and forecasts to senior management and key stakeholders.

Provide strategic insights to drive business decisions and improve financial performance.

Support key projects and business initiatives with in-depth financial analysis.

Collaborate with teams in both London and Manchester, with occasional travel required.

Requirements:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

Proven experience in a senior FP&A role, ideally within the real estate sector.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial insights to nonfinancial stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Willingness to travel to Manchester occasionally for team collaboration and onboarding.
