OVERVIEW

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Java Engineer to join an extremely well-established telecommunications company and be a part of a new greenfield project across the entire business. They are looking to scale the engineering team by hiring around 30 people who have a passion for software engineering, so it is a great time to join the company. If you are looking for a new opportunity to learn new skills and work on interesting projects, then this could be for you!

THE ROLE

In this Engineering Manager role, you will be:

• Leading and mentoring the team
• Working closely with engineering manager
• Building software products
• Solving problems and providing technical solutions
• Develop critical business journeys
• Creating distributed API's and handling big data

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

To qualify for these for python engineering roles you must have:

• Expert programming in Java
• Commercial experience with Spring boot

It would also be nice to have commercial experience with a front end language, SQL, NoSQL, AWS, Kafka and Kubernetes.

SALARY

In this role you could earn up to £75,000 + benefits.
