Senior Lettings Negotiator

Golden Eagle International (GEI) is a leading property investment and lettings company that was established almost 4 decades ago dealing in Londons prime postcodes. Our award winning services are residential and commercial lettings, property management and property development. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday plus a Saturday rota but you must be willing to be flexible during emergencies or peak periods. Skills and experience required of our Senior Lettings Negotiator: Our Senior Lettings Negotiator should ideally have 2-3 years experience working in London residential lettings environment. Candidates must be enthusiastic, well presented, confident, polite, possess first class communication skills and demonstrate a passion for property and a determination to succeed. Proven experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality Requirements:

• Experience in Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Attention to detail, organisation and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Organised and a team player.
• Focused and competitive
• Negotiating skillsExcellent work ethic punctual and reliable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Enquires both in person and on the phone.
• Booking and carrying out viewings.
• Checking properties prior to commencement of the tenancy and End of Tenancy check-outs

Permanent Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
