Senior Professional Indemnity UnderwriterLondon£100,000 - £150,000 + bonus and benefitsA new opening has arisen for a Senior PI Underwriter to join a large PI underwriting team, as a pivotal London Underwriter, working 3 days in the City office (and 2 from home).Reporting directly into the Head of Professional Indemnity, this role will focus on the underwriting, this role will focus on UK PI business. Experience is ideally sought in:
All professions i.e.
- Architects
- Accountants
- Design & Construct
- Engineers
- Surveyors
- Media
- IT
- Solicitors
- Both primary and excess layer business
- Experience writing risks from £2k to £50k GWP
- Offering technical PI advice to Brokers
- Conducting broker meetings independently
- Networking with London Market and Regional Brokers (strong relationships a plus)
- People mentoring/ management
