Job Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to manage residential transactions and lead the property team. This role includes leadership responsibilities and offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the residential department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters.
  • Supervise and manage junior solicitors and support staff, ensuring compliance and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, provide tailored legal advice, and actively participate in business development initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years' PQE in residential property law.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and client management skills.
  • Proven experience managing a residential property caseload independently.
