Position: Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Location: Battersea

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 basic. Realistic OTE £55,000

Our client, a long established and respected Estate Agency are looking for a motivated Senior Lettings and Sales Negotiator to join their residential team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in securing new business and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Dealing with incoming calls and queries.
Booking in viewings and valuations.
New business generation, via phone and marketing activities.
Conducting viewings.
Working towards team targets.
Cross selling additional services.
Negotiating rent and ensuring a smooth process for move in.
Updating the CRM system accurately.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

Full UK driving licence and own car.
Property sales or lettings background with a genuine passion for the property industry.
Great communication and relationship building skills.
Ambitious, proactive and driven.
Good IT skills.
Organised with the ability to prioritise your workload and diary.
