Senior/Sales Negotiator - Chelsea Bridge

Salary - £20,000 - £35,000, OTE £60,000 - £70,000 (Uncapped)

Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, 1 Saturday per month (Day off in Lieu) 5 day working week

Our client based in Chelsea is looking for an energetic and professional Senior/Sales Negotiator to join their busy team.You will be responsible for helping to drive the sales department forward and bringing new ideas to the table working with a great team of Negotiators, in a role where you will need to hit the ground running, your ambition and determination will make you stand out for this fantastic role.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Registering new buyer enquiries and converting them to viewings
  • Contacting buyers and arranging property viewings
  • Conducting property viewings and encouraging offers & entering negotiations
  • Providing viewing feedback to vendor clients
  • Selling of services to new and existing clients

Skills required for the job

  • Experience within residential sales or new homes market, preferably within the area
  • A sense of urgency for goal achievement
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident and enthusiastic communication style
  • Self-starting with the desire to succeed
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good IT literacy skills
