An exciting opportunity to join a Lloyd’s Syndicate as a Senior Underwriting Operations Analyst.In this key role, you will help create Syndicate Business Plans, complete Non-Financial Lloyd’s and Regulatory returns, and collaborate with Senior Underwriters to enhance Underwriting MI.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the Syndicate Business Plan with Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, and Outwards Reinsurance teams.
  • Present and interpret business plan results to Senior Underwriters, Committees, and Lloyd’s.
  • Submit Syndicate Business Forecast (SBF) to Lloyd’s.
  • Produce Non-Financial Lloyd’s and Regulatory returns, working with Data, Finance, and Compliance teams.
  • Enhance Underwriting MI through PowerBI and external data sources like Lloyd’s Insights Hub.
  • Prepare Underwriting Packs for Committees, analysing KPIs and performance metrics.
Candidates should have an insurance background and strong analytical skills. Confidence in communicating effectively with senior stakeholders is essential. Experience with PowerBI and data-driven reporting is required.This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in underwriting and operations, driving efficiency and insights in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
