Spinwell is recruiting for a Service Design SME Leavers for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE DESIGN SME LEAVERS
- Help shape and support the development of leaver solutions that improve the effectiveness, efficiency and user experience of the to-be process design.
- Insight and oversight of BAU change and how this aligns to the Programme direction and initiatives
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the impacts of potential design is fully known and understood across the wider group
- Ensure that the design is fit for purpose and aligned to the strategic direction of the programme covering the breadth and depth of the solution required by client Shared Services and alignment to the BPO / Service requirements
- Support the definition and development of reporting solutions that best meet the needs of the function and the customer
- Create and maintain successful relationships across client Programme, HR and other key stakeholder groups
