We are urgently looking for an experienced Service Manager lead a service in West London. You will have experience working with Domestic Violence and or running Women's Refuges.

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave from February 2025.

What are we looking for?

  • Due to the nature of the service, it is an occupational requirement that the post holder is female and the post is therefore exempt from the provisions of the Equality Act 2010 in terms of Schedule 9, Part 1, and Paragraph 1 of the Act.
  • Understanding and/or experience of working with people who have been affected by domestic abuse.
  • Experience of working with and engaging with diverse groups of people from varying backgrounds.
  • IT Proficiency, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to navigate and learn new case management systems and other types of organisational software.
  • Ability to promote the service and provide outreach-based provision, with an ability to liaise and work effectively in partnership with stakeholders.
