My client in Greater London is looking to appoint talented Reablement Commissioning Manager on a Contract basis.

The role will develop and deliver solutions to ensure that the Council is demonstrably maximising the effectiveness, impact and quality of its reablement offer, to prevent, reduce and delay the need for long term care.

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

  • Develop a proposed new service model to implement over medium term
  • Develop an update set of detailed recommendations and implementation plan to deliver improvements to the Reablement services in 2025/26 (addressing some of the issues identified in the reablement review).
  • Review theReablement Review findings and recommendations and current draft improvement plan, identify key issues and areas for improvement as well as lines of enquiry for further research. This will need to cover:
    • User Journeys / Pathways
    • Data & outcomes measures
    • Quality & experience

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in Commissioning for Adult Social Care, ideally reablement.
  • Experience in reviewing services and recommending improvements / designing new service models
  • Ability to quickly assess service performance and identify key issues
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective improvement plans

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £430+ per day, inside IR35
