This opportunity is a full time office based role
Working hours are 8am- 6pm.
About the Role
- Working across multiple areas including compliance, sales, and trading.
- Liaise with Banks, Custodians on a day-to-day basis ensuring all trades, payments are completed and/or settled in a timely manner.
- Resolving queries on a timely basis received from sales team and middle office.
- Ensuring all trades are booked and matched in appropriate systems and captured timely and accurately.
- Ensuring cash and securities instructions are timely processed & transmitted to custodians.
- Liaising with traders, middle-office, counterparties, and custodians to ensure matching and settlement of trades.
About You
- Experience settlement across trade and transaction reporting
- Exposure across HY, Bankruptcy, Distressed/ Default debt
- Team player with a strong ability to multitask and demonstrate high performance and efficiency
- Strong understanding of compliance obligations in this space
- Min 1 year of experience in an investment bank, financial brokerage or asset management
- Creative and innovative thinker with the drive to build a successful career
