Our client, a prominent energy company, is actively seeking a dedicated Smart Metering Engineer to join their team in North West London. Looking for one Individual in the areas of HP, MK, SL, UB, W, WD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Smart Meter Installations to domestic properties
- Manage own stock levels on van and/or via 'dropbox' facilities
- Deliver first-class customer service and support
- Offer customers energy efficiency advice
- Ensure all worksheet submissions are accurate and timely
- Work closely with the Smart Metering Operations Manager to ensure targets are met
- Plan, organise, and manage own workload to meet company deadlines
- Resolve customer queries in a professional and efficient manner
- Perform any other duties deemed appropriate to this role
Job Requirements:
- Excellent organisation skills
- Previous experience in Dual Fuel Metering
- Required Certifications:
- Electrical: MOCOPA or EUSR
- Gas: MET1 and either CMA1 or CCN1
- Experience in exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
- IT literate
