The Role:

As a Software Engineer with a focus on AI and LLM, you will be integral to the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge chatbot solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the seamless integration of chatbots into the sports betting platform, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain innovative chatbot solutions using AI and LLM technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbots with the sports betting platform.
• Implement and optimise code using the OpenAI API to enhance functionality.
• Keep up to date with the latest advancements in AI and LLM to maintain a competitive edge.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 years of industry experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI and LLM.
• Proficiency in coding with the OpenAI API.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and large language models.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment, with regular presence in the Central London office.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
