Area to be covered: Central LondonRemuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + £2,500 commission year 1 & £12,000 year 2 & travel expenses & full company benefitsThe role of the Specification Sales Consultant - Architectural Ironmongery will involve:
- Specification Sales Consultant position, selling a high quality range of architectural ironmongery
- 75% of your time will be spent generating specifications with architects
- The remaining 25% following that through to main contractors
- Depending on experience your turnover will be between £800k-£1m
- Order values can range from £10k-£250, typical project would be between £30k-£50k
- Majority of your time will be spend managing the top 50 architectural practises already on board with the business
- All of your time will be spent in Central London
The ideal applicant will be an Specification Sales Consultant - Architectural Ironmongery with:
- Must have experience with either architectural ironmongery, hardware, doors, access control or related products
- Must have sold to contractors or architects
- Must have an understanding on specification sales
- Ideally an ironmonger
- Ideally GAI qualified or related (not essential)
- Must be commercially aware and
- IT literate and experience
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
