My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Strategic Resourcing Lead on a Contract basis.

This role will support the Council to drive change, diversity and inclusion. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Director of Workforce Change.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: 450+ per day, inside IR35

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

  • Provide creative, inclusive and innovative approaches that address under-representation, meet our aspiration to be an exemplar, inclusive employer.
  • Provide complex HR advice, guidance and analysis, specifically around resourcing, including equality, diversity and inclusion, ensuring best practice and legislative compliance.
  • Lead and manage recruitment for executive-level roles, and oversee the approach for heads of service and specialist/hard to fill roles for the Council
  • Creating talent acquisition programmes and implementing an employer brand which corresponds to the organisation's culture and links to the LGA national recruitment campaign.

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of resourcing, talent & progression activities to support structural & cultural change across the Council.
  • Successful record of managing & organising a resourcing service.
  • Local Authority experience is essential
