Position: Platform Support for Supply Chain Finance
Type: Contract Role
Duration: 6-months
Location: London, 2 days per week on site required
Rate: 600.00 - 675.00 (umbrella)
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team and support our innovative Supply Chain Finance application. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in implementing our Trade Finance application support model while providing day-to-day support to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Incident Management: Offer daily support for Supply Chain Finance users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Monitoring: Oversee application performance and respond proactively to alerts.
Knowledge Sharing: Document incident investigation and resolution processes to enhance team knowledge.
Troubleshooting: Analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
Support Model Implementation: Contribute to establishing the Trade Finance application support framework and best practices.
Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and data extracts as requested.
Transformation: Assist in converting bespoke files into standardized formats for our platform.
Onboarding: Support the business in onboarding customers to our Supply Chain Finance platform.
Necessary Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Finance.
- Proven experience supporting Trade Finance applications.
- Background in application support roles, particularly at an integrated service level.
- Familiarity with incident management practices and tools.
- Proficient in using ServiceNow for incident reporting and tracking.
- Experience with Atlassian/JIRA and managing Kanban boards.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both business and technical teams.
