- Managing the diary for the Global Head of Talent Acquisition
- Interview scheduling between the stakeholders, candidates and/or recruitment agencies
- Supporting with candidate experience and management.
- Reviewing CV’s and analysing suitable candidates from direct applications
- Analyse recruitment data and generate reports on hiring trends through Excel.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance documents
- Supporting with ad hoc projects and duties – this is a start up meaning being willing to roll your sleeves up and getting involved!
- Previous experience in a HR Admin/Assistant, Recruitment Admin/Coordinator or Talent Admin/Assistant role
- Have worked within a corporate setting, ideally finance, professional services or insurance
- Have exceptional organisational skills
- Strong Word, Excel skills, with the ability to learn new skills quickly.
- Confident in communicating at all levels.
- Familiarity with Workday ATS and other talent acquisition platforms would be an advantage
