Key responsibilities include:
- Digital dictation to create letters and other documents
- Organizing presentations, reports, and managing expenses
- Booking meeting rooms and arranging catering for team meetings
- Managing calendars and schedules
- Coordinating national travel
The successful candidate will be un-flappable, organised and a can-do attitude. Attention to detail, integrity and good analytical skills are paramount.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days required in the office and two days at home.
