We are pleased to be partnering with a Global company at their UK HQ, in St Paul's, London.

We are looking for a Team Assistant to join the business for a position that will begin in mid-January on a temp-to-perm basis.

The role will consist of providing support to the senior leadership team, as well as being a point of contact for any office-related queries or issues.

This is a Monday - Friday, hybrid working opportunity with the office-based days split between a team of 3, averaging 2 days in the office and 3 from home.

This is a full-time temporary-to-permanent position working 35 hours per week paying the equivalent of £30,000 -£35,000pa.

Duties to include:

  • Office management
  • Welcoming guests and ensuring meeting rooms are ready for visitors
  • Diary and travel arrangements for the senior leadership team
  • Monitoring inboxes for members of the senior team
  • Supporting with ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Preparing meeting documentation and attending meetings to take minutes
  • Prepare and review letters/ documentation on behalf for the senior team
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming office environment

Candidate requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to multitask
  • Dynamic and welcoming character
  • Previous experience in a similar role (Senior Admin, Office Manager, PA or Secretary)
