Highly successful international Property/Design Consultancy based in stunning, modern offices in Mayfair with over 200 staff and growing. As an experienced Team PA you will be integral in supporting at Equity Partner and team level utilising your exceptional organisational skills undertaking classic business support duties including extensive diary, inbox, UK and international travel management, processing invoices, creating high level presentations, liaising with key stakeholders and developing internal and external relationships, onboarding new staff along with organising client events, assisting with bids, proposals and tenders using Adobe InDesign extensively.

You will join a sociable, well established, professional team with a real focus on high level ethical, sustainable multi million pound projects. The company culture is collaborative, team focussed and very encouraging of training, self development and progression. The role is office based five days however once established there will be flexibility longer term, hours are 9-5:30pm and a generous bonus and benefits package is provided.

The ideal Team Assistant will have 5 years’ experience in Property/Design or Finance, be a confident, engaging, highly organised, professional, I.T. savvy, (Advanced MS Office, experienced in using Adobe InDesign) with longevity in each role (2-5 years).
