Team PAWest End LondonPermanent£55,000 Benefits + Bonus4:1 hybridA rapidly expanding finance firm is looking to hire a Team PA to join the firm and support 5/6 Directors. The firm has an entrepreneurial flare and looking for someone who enjoys a challenge and would be additional support to the wider operations team. WHAT YOU’LL DOThis is a fab Team PA role with lots of international travel coordination. You will be a positive and proactive person who loves being challenged and get satisfaction from finding a solution to a logistical travel nightmare. Typical duties include:
  • Supporting with booking flights, hotels, transfers. 
  • Manage and process the expenses for the team 
  • Able to support with wider admin from print and binding through to updating presentations. 
  • Supporting the wider team by covering reception over lunchtimes or ordering office supplies when needed. 
  • Ad-hoc project coordination such as events. 
WHO YOU ARETo be successful, you will have previous Team PA experience and experience booking international travel and working in complicated time zones. Essential requirements:
  • Experience working as a Team PA in a Corporate environment 
  • Experience booking international travel 
  • A team player and enjoys being that "go to" person for help 
  • Able to prioritise
  • High attention to detail
