- Supporting with booking flights, hotels, transfers.
- Manage and process the expenses for the team
- Able to support with wider admin from print and binding through to updating presentations.
- Supporting the wider team by covering reception over lunchtimes or ordering office supplies when needed.
- Ad-hoc project coordination such as events.
- Experience working as a Team PA in a Corporate environment
- Experience booking international travel
- A team player and enjoys being that "go to" person for help
- Able to prioritise
- High attention to detail
