- Provide administrative support to the MD and the Infrastructure team, ensuring efficient operations
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Organise and prioritise incoming correspondence, ensuring timely responses
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries for team members
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Liaise with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Oversee office supplies and daily office operations
- Proven experience as PA or Team Assistant
- Experience in financial services, particularly private equity, is highly desirable
- Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with meticulous attention to detail
