Technical Lead - Perm £125k + bonus - Insurance Agile Transformation
A global insurer is going through a groundbreaking multi-million project to transform and modernise its entire technology function.
As a Technical Lead, you will support the business in moving from a traditional waterfall environment to agile.
Your focus areas willbe across the engineering and architecture practices working closely with Tribe and Guild leads as the "trusted advisor" for technology.
You will develop technology roadmaps across all product areas to support the transition into scaled products.
It would be beneficial if this individual had experience with Salesforce and/or Guidewire.
Location: X3 per week to the City of London, EC3V (non-negotiable)
Salary: £125,000 + Bonus
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the Insurance sector working supporting Agile/IT transformation
- Expert in developing roadmaps from ground level
- Strong core technical knowledge to influence and build confidence in modern ways
- Well-versed in taking into account modernisation, business enablement, cost optimisation, simplification
- Success stories of working with complex, legacy technologies and modernising them
- Desirable experience with Salesforces and/or guidewire
- Agile certifications are nice to have
