Technology Training & Adoption Manager - 3 days office 2 days WFH

Global Law firm req- 60 -70k 6m FTC + Bens + possible perm - London, City.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver a curriculum, with role specific development paths, which cover the essential and advanced topics of digital skills, e.g. AI.
  • Deliver and facilitate the learning activities and resources through the new People System, SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Encourage user engagement, offering tailored learning options via a variety of channels (hybrid training sessions, e-learning, videos, articles, etc.).
  • Direct the training aspect of Project and Change Management plans.
  • Define training standards with clear learning objectives to ensure that Partners and staff (globally) develop the necessary IT skills and knowledge.
  • Curate IT training resources within the various business platforms available to users e.g. LMS, Intranet, Service Now.
  • Offer flexible/role specific tailored support, both 1:1 and in groups as and when required.
  • Work with regional IT Management to ensure DA services and training support are consistent and accessible 24/7/365.
  • Assess the current and future digital skills gaps and training requirements.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness and impact of the DA on the learning outcomes, performance outcomes, and business outcomes of the participants.
  • Establish and maintain a digital user community, comprised of champions and early adopters.
  • Lead regular user engagement group meetings and execute related actions.

Key skills and experience required

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role in a legal or comparable professional services organisation.
  • Proven experience in technology training and user engagement, with demonstrable adoption as a result.
  • Relevant qualifications and accreditations e.g. TPMA.
  • Forward thinking with the ability to create innovative, engaging training materials.
  • A professional, adaptable, and engaging training style that resonates with a wide range of users.
  • Beneficial but not essential is knowledge and experience of training software such as iManage Work, Intapp Time, 3e, Skore, DocuSign, BIMCO Smartcom, Adobe Acrobat DC, Kiteworks, DocXtools, Chrome River, Mersive Solstice.
  • Knowledge of AI, e.g. Copilot for M365.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft applications, e.g. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
