Leadership & Skills Development Manager

We are seeking a Leadership & Skills Development Manager who's passionate about crafting and delivering innovative learning experiences to join our Global retail client. In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind the talent development strategy, ensuring the teams are equipped with the skills to thrive and lead.

What You'll Do:

  • Transform Talent: Identify skills gaps and create cutting-edge development plans to propel employees to success.
  • Innovate Learning: Design and deliver high-impact programmes; immersive workshops, interactive e-learning and powerful coaching.
  • Shape the Future: Lead the evolution to meet the ever-changing needs of the organisation.
  • Drive Results: Measure the impact of your programmes, continuously improving to exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to align the learning strategy with business goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven leader in crafting and delivering leadership development programmes.
  • Experience in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Global Retail experience essential.
  • Expertise in instructional design across multiple formats including face-to-face and digital.
  • Strong project management skills and a knack for data-driven decision-making.

Please note: Hybrid working, 3 days per week in London HQ
