Our client is looking for a Telesales Executive to join their team. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for creating, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
The responsibilities of the Telesales Executive include but are not limited to the following:
- Proactively prospect new clients, to generate interest and book appointments.
- Create opportunities from discussions through professional and consistent follow-up.
- Add contact and client information to the CRM system and marketing lists.
- Attend daily huddle, weekly 121 meetings and monthly sales meetings, contributing to ideas to increase sales.
- Ensure smooth and accurate handover.
Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes of the Telesales Executive:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and effectively maintain long-term relationships.
- Strong research, listening and presenting skills.
- Great IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
