Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled ThoughtSpot Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with prospective customers, demonstrating the capabilities of ThoughtSpot's analytics platform and crafting tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. You will also collaborate with ThoughtSpot to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:Â Build strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and data analytics needs.
- Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of ThoughtSpot’s solutions.
- Solution Development:Â Collaborate with clients to design and implement effective analytics solutions that align with their strategic goals.
- Technical Support:Â Provide ongoing technical assistance and support to clients throughout the implementation process.
- Partnership Collaboration: Work in partnership with ThoughtSpot’s teams to stay updated on product developments and best practices, ensuring alignment in strategies.
- Training and Enablement:Â Develop and deliver training materials for clients to facilitate effective use of the ThoughtSpot platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field experience.
- Proven experience in a solution engineering or technical pre-sales role, preferably within the analytics or business intelligence sectors.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics concepts, tools, and technologies, specifically related to ThoughtSpot.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualisation tools is advantageous.
- Preferable but not essential to have python and embed experience.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping clients succeed.
