Your new company You will be working for a Global Advertising Companybased in Central London, who are leading the way in their market, bydriving performance based advertising solutions. This company operatesthroughout EMEA, APAC, LATAM and North America, making this an exciting globalopportunity. Your new role You will be working alongside the International TotalRewards Team, supporting their Global Reward Programme, assisting with allaspects of the Total Rewards Framework; compensation structures, short andlong-term incentive programs.You will be responsible forYou will be responsible for the implementation andmanagement of the Rewards framework, compensation structures and LTIP. You willcollate and analyse data from the HR system and other sources to create reportsassessing the reward programs, trends and uptake. You will work with internaland external business partners and stakeholders to drive continuousimprovement. Partnering with other teams to create and maintain reward data;assisting in international Total Rewards initiatives. What you'll need to succeed You will have extensive knowledge of all Reward &Compensation practices, within a Global Matrix Organisation. You will beknowledgeable in employee benefits, with experience in alignment andharmonisation across multiple countries. You will be numerically skilled andhave proficient technical ability, with advanced excel skills (V-Lookups, PivotTables). You will be experienced in Workday Compensation and AdvancedCompensation Modules. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with theability to build relationships across teams. You will be an organised, detailoriented negotiator who can prioritise effectively and work well underpressure.What you'll get in return You will be entitledto a base salary from £60,000 p/a as well as a range of other benefits such asbonus and private healthcare.
