We are assisting a top-tier law firm in London who are seeking a Trade Mark Formalities Paralegal to join their thriving team on a full-time, permanent basis.

To be successful, you will need prior experience working within trade mark formalities at a reputable company. You will be considered if you have experience working as a: trade mark paralegal / administrator, trade mark records administrator, trade mark renewals administrator. A CITMA qualification would be an advantage, although this is not essential. Additionally, you will need to possess strong attention to detail and be good at prioritising your workload.

Duties:

  • Preparing and filing trade mark and design applications.
  • Providing clients with cost estimates.
  • Liaising with IPOs.
  • Obtaining relevant documentation as required.
  • Updating clients on their cases, answering any queries.
  • Maintaining case information within the firm’s IP management database.
