We are assisting a client in London seeking an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to join their expanding team.
The role involves preparing and filing trade mark applications, handling assignments, and managing client queries related to IP.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and be comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team.
The position offers an attractive starting salary and benefits package, with the CITMA qualification considered a bonus but not essential.

Your duties in this role with involve, but are not limited to;

Preparing and filing trade mark applications
Handling assignments
Corresponding with clients and managing queries relating to IP
Liaising with the attorneys both locally and internationally
Remaining up-to-date on client details and updating internal systems accordingly
Many other ad hoc duties

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role handling trade mark tasks. As well as this, candidates should be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team. The CITMA qualification is an added bonus but not essential.
