Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator/ Junior Paraplanner looking to join a firm committed to developing your technical skillset?
We are looking to speak with experienced administrators/ junior paraplanners who are keen to develop their technical experience moving forward.
Duties & responsibilities will include: (not limited to)
- Providing administrative & technical support to the Advisers
- To be the first point of contact for clients
- To process new business applications across the key financial products
- Writing suitability reports
- Product research
- Ensuring that financial transactions are completed correctly & compliantly
- Preparing for client review meetings
- Attending meetings
- Acquiring client portfolio valuations
- Actioning LOAs
The candidate:
- c 2 years + IFA/ financial planning administration experience (essential)
- Previous paraplanning experience (desirable)
- Studying towards level 4 diploma (desirable)
