The Role
As a Transformation Manager, you'll lead high-impact projects, partnering with commercial and operational teams to deliver significant savings and improve customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end transformation projects, defining delivery requirements and success criteria
- Conduct detailed analysis of business operations and propose innovative solutions
- Mobilise and manage cross-functional delivery teams
- Create and align delivery plans across various functions
- Identify opportunities for intelligent design, including automation and straight-through processing
Required knowledge and experience:
- Substantial experience in a transformational leadership role
- Background in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Change Management
- Proven track record in identifying and implementing transformation opportunities
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in optimising commercial and customer outcomes
