Ski Chalet Product Executive

Base Salary £32,000 (negotiable based on experience) + Bonus and Great Benefits

Hybrid - South West London

Our client is a luxury travel company who are expanding their ski programme and alpine summer programme.

They are now recruiting for a Ski Chalet Product Executive to join the team at a pivotal time and playing a major part in the growth and development of this programme through maintaining and developing their unique portfolio of chalet properties whilst forging successful relationships with suppliers.

This exciting role is perfect for a candidate who has a background gained within the travel industry in a product role who has an interest in Ski.

Applicants must be confident, efficient and a keen negotiator who are able take initiative.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis - London.

Ski Chalet Product Executive Duties and Responsibilities:

Actively developing and growing the chalet programme by contracting new (and existing) properties to the required brief and standards and securing optimal commercial terms and conditions

Liaising with property owners, suppliers and agents with queries and issues regarding property listings, contracts and terms and conditions

Managing and maintaining successful supplier relationships

Adding/updating properties on to the website (content, prices, availability) to help meet team targets and maintain product quality

Leading and innovate the way the chalet programme is presented on their website to ensure it stands out amongst the crowd

Assisting the sales team with queries regarding pricing, availability, and property listings.

Completing administrative tasks such as loading rates, publishing special offers, writing descriptions, etc.

Ski Chalet Product Executive Experience Required:

Previous product experience gained within the travel industry is essential

Interest in skiing

Excellent negotiation skills

Data management and administrative skills.

Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise

Ability to take initiative, problem solve and be pro-active

Ability to successfully manage relationships with suppliers

Ski Chalet Product Executive Salary and Benefits:

Base Salary of £32,000 (negotiable based on experience)

9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday role

Hybrid working
