Travelling Housekeeper

An amazing opportunity for a dynamic Travelling Housekeeper to join a private UHNW household. This role is based in London with frequent travel to Los Angeles, maintaining both properties to an impeccable standard.This position would suit someone with a sense of adventure, who enjoys travelling and is excited by the opportunity to work between two luxury homes!You will be responsible for the daily upkeep of a penthouse apartment in London (no stairs) and a residence in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have strong laundry and organisational skills, immaculate wardrobe management, and experience with packing and unpacking luggage.Travel is primarily to the US for up to 6 months per year, with frequent trips as needed, so flexibility is essential. The role requires someone who is pet-friendly, as you will assist with feeding the dogs when the dog nanny is away.The housekeeper will be live-out in London, with fully provided accommodation during travel.Duties and responsibilities:• Daily cleaning to a high standard• Laundry care - washing, ironing, steaming, and organising clothes/shoes, including arranging for dry cleaning and repairs• Wardrobe management - ensuring garments are properly stored and maintained• Care of furniture, art, china, collectables, and silver polishing• Household stock management - ensuring essentials are always replenished• Guest preparation - setting up rooms and meeting specific needs for visitors• Packing & unpacking for frequent travel• Dog care - feeding pets when the dog nanny is unavailableRequirements• Previous experience in an UHNW household• Strong laundry skills and knowledge of delicate fabrics• Dog lover - must be comfortable around pets• Highly discreet, well-presented, and professional• Excellent housekeeping knowledge with meticulous attention to detail• Longevity in previous roles is essentialDays/hours: 5 days per week including some weekends, 10am - 7pm (flexibility required)Salary: £50k - £65k gpaStart: ASAP
