We are working with a well-established UK charity dedicated to improving the lives of individuals facing health challenges, and they are seeking a Trusts and Foundations Officer to join their team on a temporary, 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new funding opportunities with trusts and foundations that align with the charity's mission.
  • Write compelling, tailored grant applications to secure funding for the charity's initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing funders, providing impact reports and updates on their contributions.
  • Track and monitor incoming funding, ensuring all reporting requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with the wider fundraising team to help achieve the charity's financial goals.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in trust and foundation fundraising, with a strong record of successful applications.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive proposals.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • A good understanding of the charity sector, with a passion for supporting individuals facing health challenges.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
