They're looking for someone with approximately 1 year of experience within the London Market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver figures and statistics to underwriters across multiple locations on an ad hoc basis.
  • Draft compliance terms for underwriter approval.
  • Accurately input risks and policy aggregate data into underwriting systems and pricing models.
  • Copy, scan, and manage slips and other risk-related documents as required.
  • Maintain syndicate records and files efficiently.
  • Monitor daily risk aggregate exposures and provide timely reports to underwriters.
  • Liaise with brokers and service providers under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support underwriters in fulfilling their responsibilities and ensure smooth business operations.
  • Maintain accurate and organised underwriting records.
  • Adhere to data governance frameworks, escalate issues as needed, and comply with risk and document management policies.
  • Operate within defined authority levels and undertake other tasks as directed by management.
