Here’s what you’ll do:Day-to-day duties:
• Prepare, coordinate, and collate Syndicate Business Plans, working closely with Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, and Reinsurance teams.• Liaise with various departments to produce and review Non-Financial Lloyd's & Regulatory Returns. • Develop and enhance Underwriting MI using PowerBI and create impactful dashboards.• Produce and present Underwriting Packs for internal committees, interpreting KPIs and metrics.
Required skills & experience:• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities.• 5+ years of experience as an Underwriting Operations Analyst or similar role.• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.• Experience working with underwriting teams and familiarity with regulatory returns.If you are an Underwriting Operations Analyst looking to take the next step, apply now for a conversation today!
