Arthur is partnered with a top-tier MGA in their search for an Underwriting Operations Assistant to join their London office. As an Underwriting Operations Assistant, you'll play a central role in the company's growth trajectory, providing crucial support to their operations. Your key responsibilities will involve:
  • Ensuring the integrity of all data within our cutting-edge data capturing system.
  • Maintaining and monitoring our corporate file structure on the server.
  • Collaborating with the underwriters to draft essential documentation.
  • Utilising spreadsheets to prepare and analyse data.
  • Generating insightful reports from our corporate systems for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing invaluable administrative support to the underwriting team.
  • Building strong relationships with brokers, handling administrative tasks such as premium payments and document management.
