Eames is currently working on the appointment of an Underwriting Performance Lead to join a high-impact performance team at group level within a global insurer. This role works across multiple business units and product lines to support delivery of the business plan, improve underwriting outcomes, and influence strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse underwriting performance across the global portfolio
- Identify and challenge key assumptions driving GWP and loss ratio
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support delivery of plans
- Contribute to the design and implementation of group-wide frameworks
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
What We're Looking For:
- Deep insurance expertise across multiple lines or markets
- Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
- 7+ years' experience in underwriting, finance or portfolio roles
